MIGUEL ANGEL JANEIRO FERNÁNDEZ

Miguel Angel Janeiro Fernández (14-07-1980)

I am half Mexican and half Spanish, I studied Graphic Design in Mexico City (UIC 98-2002).

I was born and live until I was 24 years old in Mexico City, then I came to La Coruña (Galicia-Spain), where I did a Master in Digital Creation and Communication taught by the UDC (University of Coruña 2004-2005).

During the master I did an internship at Dygrafilms Production Company where I worked until October 2010.

I have worked on many animated films, short films and various projects as a freelance or collaborator in advertising campaigns for agencies, I think I've touched almost all areas of 3D, although as many of you know modeling and render is where I've always felt happier and have more experience.

On my free time I do animation work for companies like SERGAS or INDITEX with BLACKSOLIDSTUDIO, which is the group of friends where we freelance.

Currently 2023 I work in Atlantis animation as Render Lead.
